1. Nature of Our Business

Dammam Scrap Buyer operates in the scrap collection and recycling industry.
We purchase used, old, or damaged materials such as metal, copper, aluminum, iron, machinery, vehicles, furniture, and e-waste directly from customers at fair market prices.

Since our business involves buying scrap materials, not selling products, traditional returns do not apply. However, we do provide refund solutions in specific, verifiable cases.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect Payment Amount – If there was a mistake in weighing or valuation resulting in incorrect payment.

  2. Duplicate Transaction – If a customer was accidentally paid or charged twice for the same transaction.

  3. Service Error – If our team fails to collect materials after payment or there was an internal error in the process.

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction and provide:

  • A valid payment receipt or transaction proof

  • Details of the issue (including date, location, and contact number)

All claims will be reviewed by our accounts and operations team before processing.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • After the scrap materials have been collected and recycled

  • If the customer changes their mind after the transaction is completed

  • For incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

  • For cash transactions without valid proof of payment

  • In case of third-party misunderstandings or unauthorized dealings

Once the scrap has been collected, ownership is transferred to Dammam Scrap Buyer, and no returns are possible.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction —
either by bank transfer or cash payment (if applicable).

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel a pickup request or scrap collection order if:

  • The cancellation is made before our team arrives at the pickup location.

  • The cancellation request is communicated through phone or email promptly.

Once our team reaches your location or collection begins, cancellation will not be accepted.
